Winter Training Sessions - Trench Training

*Sessions will be held on both the turf and the gymnasium. The facilities are connected and the program coordinator will communicate each week as to the specific meeting location.

5-12 Grades

Our Training Sessions provide elite instruction designed to enhance offensive line play in any offense that is presently run at your local schools. Trench Training will focus on your stance, punch, steps and other safe techniques that are proven to help athletes become better, safer players in a fun environment.

These training sessions will also be a challenging workout. We will help the athlete learn how to work hard and use proper technique that will help them continue to improve over the off-season so they are better prepared for the upcoming season. Players must bring their own water bottle.

1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/14, 2/21

Times:

Youth: 3:00PM – 4:30PM

High School: 4:30PM – 6:00PM
